We want your experience with Amusement Park Rentals and your trip to Orlando, Florida to be nothing but positive. Therefore, Amusement Park Rentals offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the services and products we offer. If something is wrong, we will fix it! If you are unsatisfied with any of our products or services, please send us a detailed email to info@amusementparkrentals.com, and we will review and get back with you within 12 hours or less with a resolution. If an item is unusable or a problem needs immediate attention, please call us immediately at 407.442.0000. If it is after operational business hours, we will return your call immediately the next day. 

Important Note: Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is provided within the scope of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement and worry-free coverage. 

The Basics

We make every attempt to provide you the same or like-kind item for those products displayed to you for rent on our web site. The brand and quality you receive for your rental will either be exact or "like-kind". If the item description provides a brand name and model, then you will receive exactly that brand and model. If the item does not provide a brand name or model, you may receive exactly that brand and model or something very similar in value and quality. If it is critical for you to receive a specific brand and/or model, please contact us first so we can check our inventory before renting.  

Pick-Up & Delivery of Your Rented Items

We offer free delivery and pick-up of your rented items at Orlando area (20 mile radius from Sea World) hotels, resorts, and residents. Also, you may pick up your items at our convenient Orlando location.

We will work with your hotel accommodations for arranging drop-off and pick-up. All items are tracked and timestamped. In most cases, we try to have the items you rent at your hotel before you arrive, so you may want to set your delivery date and time just before you arrive.

Your rental period starts immediate after the time you request an item to be in your possession, or when you meet with one of our service providers. Daily rentals are due back the same "time" as the delivery time chosen on the return date chosen.    

Example
If you rent an item for 3-days and scheduled to arrive Thursday at 1pm, your rental period would start at 1pm on Thursday and end 1pm on Sunday at 1pm. 

Travel Delays
We understand travel delays may occur. Therefore, in the event your plane or travel arrangements are delayed or cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule or start your rental period later. We do require to receive communication from you immediately, before you arrive in Orlando, Florida, so that we can accommodate your new schedule and needs properly. We can not promise we will be able to change your rental period as other guests may already have your items reserved, but we will do our best. 

Extending Your Rental Period 
In the event you would like to extend your rental period, you will need to go online through our rental store and rent the item again for the new time period. In the case, we don't have additional inventory to cover other rentals, please contact us immediately to see if we can resolve the issue with the least amount of disruption to your trip and experience. We recommend renting an item for the total amount of time you expect to use because it is very likely we will not be able to extend your rental period for items you may want to continue using and need for your trip. 


Optional Worry-Free Coverage

You are responsible for returning your rented item(s) in the same condition it was received. You have the option to opt-in for our worry-free coverage on most items we rent and services we provide. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

In the event, an item or items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in your possession, you are responsible for the replacement cost or repair cost of that item or items. A valid credit card will be placed on file for this purpose in order to cover the cost of repair or replacement of any item or items you rent from us. Worry-Free Coverage does provide added protection for you in the event an item is lost, stolen, or damaged. 

The following are examples of how and why your credit card would be charged. 

  • An item is not returned in the same condition it was provided, and the worry-free coverage was not chosen during checkout, a replacement or repair cost will be assessed to your credit card for the damaged item.
  • An item is lost or stolen and not returned within 24-hours of its due date and time, a replacement cost will be assessed. The amount charged is dependent on if you opted-in for worry-free coverage or not. 
  • An item that is returned damaged or broken beyond repair a replacement cost will be assessed unless you opted-in for worry-free coverage.

Return Policy

In the event a rented item stops working and needs to be repaired or replaced during your rental period, we will make every attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a replacement if necessary. We will even come to your aid at your Orlando area location (20 miles from Sea World).  

All rented items are not returnable or refunded once rented. In some cases, we may provide a rental credit or upgrade for a rented item if we cannot resolve an issue with your rental in a timely manner. 

* Amusement Park Rentals' Rental & Service Contract supersedes all policies, terms, and agreements.
